Lifestream Rx is extremely proud to sell only the highest quality supplements and other healthcare products. If for any reason you are unhappy with any product you have purchased from us, you may return any unopened packages for a full refund (less shipping and handling) within 30 days of your purchase date. Please email us [email protected] within 30 days of your purchase date to receive authorization and return instructions. You will receive credit on your credit card approximately 14 days after we receive your returned product.
- Place the items to be returned in a sturdy shipping box. Make sure the items are packed tightly and securely in the package. You will not receive credit if the items are damaged during the return shipment.

Orders placed by 3 p.m. Monday - Friday for in stock items will be shipped within 72 hours. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on Monday and shipped within 72 hours of processing. We will always ship in stock items immediately and ship any backordered items or out of stock items when they become available at no additional charge.
Lifestream Rx will determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used are: U.S. Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS) or FedEx. Sorry we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. UPS and Fedex deliveries occur Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing. Additional shipping charges will apply if the delivery address given to us is incorrect, or if the package needs to be forwarded to a different location.
